Nominee Director Needed for PT Alcotech

Alcotech Pte Ltd is a Singaporean company that wholesales medical, professional, scientific, and precision equipment, with management consultancy services for healthcare organizations as a secondary activity. We already have subsidiary companies throughout Southeast Asia, as ASEAN is the market that we focus on for this business.
Indonesia is one of the countries where we need to set up a company for the above purposes. For this business activity, we need to find a local director for our business establishment in Indonesia.
Thereafter, we will work with the Indonesia MoH (Ministry of Health) for the registration of medical devices. This is outside the scope of the nominee director, and we have already hired a local specialist in Indonesia to handle this for us. We mention this to inform you about our business.
Our Requirement:
We need a trusted nominee director for our Indonesia company. Ideally, compensation should be commensurate with the work involved. In order to build trust, we are happy to disclose our business activities to the local director so that they know we are a completely legitimate and honest business.
