Need music manager for multi step promotional campaign

MY name is Jordan Randall, I'm currently working on a marketing campaign for my single "Spring Loaded Locks." It's a song all about girls with natural black hair, and there are certain aspects that I am looking for a manager for. Currently seeking a second round of investment for the next stage of the campaign.
