Fix Meta Business Asset Setup
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I need a Meta Business Suite specialist to cleanly move two existing assets that are currently stuck in my personal “profile overview” into the proper Business Portfolio so I can hand off day-to-day advertising work. The assets show up inside Meta as standard pages/accounts, and once they sit under the Business Portfolio I want to keep full admin ownership but give Editor access on the ad account to a few named colleagues.
Here’s what has to happen:
• Transfer both assets into the portfolio without breaking their history, pixel links, or running campaigns.
• Attach the existing ad account to the portfolio, confirm billing remains unchanged, and leave me as Admin.
• Add my specified people with Editor access only, double-checking permissions in Business Settings > Accounts (Pages, Instagram Accounts, Ad Accounts).
• Run a quick post-migration check so everything displays correctly in Business Manager and I can delegate ad creation immediately.
We will work directly inside Meta Business Suite / Business Manager, no third-party tools needed. If you have done similar clean-ups before, this should be a straightforward task; just be meticulous so ownership conflicts or gray-account warnings don’t pop up.
Deliverables are complete once I see both assets inside the Business Portfolio folder, my colleagues can create ads with Editor rights, and I have screenshots confirming the permission layout.
