advice on reporting suite / BI Tools / Dashboards - Standalone and Integratable with .NET for Access! -- 2

I am looking for advice on a reporting suite / BI Tools / Dashboards solution that is standalone and integratable with .NET for Access. Specifically, I am interested in Dashboards. I may have a specific vendor or platform in mind, but I am open to suggestions. The data structure that I need to deploy is Relational SQL.
The reports must be deployable to end users, and end users must be able tocontrol paramaters such as data ranges, etc. and must be able to add filters, and drill down/aggregate data on fly.
