UAE Corporate Due Diligence Expert | D&B & CRIF | UBO & Ownership Analysis
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I am looking for a UAE-based or UAE-experienced due diligence professional to obtain verified corporate intelligence for a Dubai mainland company (Sole Establishment licensed by the Department of Economy and Tourism).
The objective is to identify the Ultimate Beneficial Owner(s) (UBO) and provide a clear understanding of the company’s ownership and management structure using legitimate, paid data sources such as Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) or CRIF UAE.
Scope of Work / Deliverables
• Extract/report from D&B / CRIF showing UBO details
• Register of Directors / Managers with available information
• Ownership Structure Chart including parent entities or related companies if applicable
• Identification of UBO(s), nationality, and ownership percentage if available
• Identification of any connected UAE entities based on shared ownership or directorship
Output Format
• Documents must be provided in PDF or DOCX format
• Include clear source attribution (D&B / CRIF or official registry)
• Screenshots or reports from the source systems are required
• A brief written summary of findings
Requirements
• Proven experience in UAE corporate due diligence or business intelligence
• Mandatory access to paid databases such as D&B or CRIF
• Strong understanding of UAE business structures and DET licensing
• Ability to deliver accurate and verified information
• English fluency required, Arabic is a plus
