Simpro Financial BI Report

I need a clear, refreshable financial report built from our Simpro data and surfaced inside our BI environment. The first deliverable is a view of every item sold during the last month, showing three columns: item, margin, and sale price. plus a possibility to class items sold with margin percentage. A date-range filter must let me adjust that window on demand, but it should default to “last month” when the report opens.

If you prefer Power BI, Tableau, or another mainstream BI tool, that’s fine as long as:
• it connects directly to Simpro (API or export),
• the data refresh can run on a schedule, and
• I receive the editable source file along with any queries or scripts you use.

Please build the measure logic for margin (cost vs. sale price) so the numbers always reconcile with Simpro’s own financials, and format the layout for quick export to PDF or Excel.
