Sales Performance Power BI Dashboard

I need a clean, interactive Power BI dashboard that turns my historical sales data into clear insights. The focus is on two core metrics—revenue and unit sales—presented through intuitive visuals such as KPI tiles, time-series trends, and comparative bar or column charts. Drill-downs by product line, region, salesperson, and custom date ranges should be easy for any stakeholder to use.
The data will come from static files that I’ll supply (Excel/CSV); real-time streaming isn’t necessary, but the model should refresh smoothly whenever I replace or append new data. Good DAX practices, tidy data modelling, and thoughtful colour choices matter because this report will be shared with senior leadership.
Deliverables
• One .pbix file with all visuals, measures, and queries
• Any supporting transform scripts or parameters clearly documented
• A brief walkthrough video or PDF so the team knows how to refresh and navigate the report
Acceptance criteria

• All filters and drill-downs function without errors
• File opens in the current Power BI Desktop release with no broken visuals or data-source warnings
