Power BI Financial Dashboard Development

I need a Power BI dashboard to visualize financial data. The dashboard should be interactive, user-friendly, and provide insightful visualizations of complex financial metrics.
Key Requirements:
- Visualize financial data such as revenue, expenses, and cash flow as well as performance against budget (ideally we can sync to our xero reporting).
- Visualize occupancy of the building against vacancy
- Visualize customer information (length of tenancy, size of tenancy, CSI score)
- Create interactive and user-friendly dashboards.
- Provide insightful visualizations for complex financial metrics.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Power BI.
- Strong background in financial data analysis.
- Experience in creating interactive dashboards.
- Ability to present complex data in a user-friendly format.
