Power BI HR Analytics Dashboard
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I need an interactive HR analytics dashboard that lets me explore employee attrition, workforce demographics, and job-satisfaction trends in one place. The finished product should surface essentials such as total headcount, overall attrition rate, age distribution, department-level turnover, education-field breakdowns, and satisfaction scores, all with drill-through and filter capability so the HR team can quickly pinpoint patterns behind employee exits and make data-driven decisions.
I marked “data analytics” as the preferred environment because I care more about seamless insight discovery than about whether the final interface is strictly web-based or desktop; feel free to recommend the most practical hosting approach as long as the experience remains smooth and secure.
Power BI is the mandatory visualisation tool. Please design clean, intuitive report pages, use DAX measures where useful, and keep the model optimised for fast refreshes.
Deliverables
• A fully functional Power BI file (.pbix) containing the data model, calculated measures, and polished report pages
• Clear instructions for connecting or scheduling refreshes with my HR data source(s)
• A brief walkthrough or video so the team understands how to navigate, filter, and export insights
Acceptance criteria
• All stated metrics visibly present and dynamically linked
• Filters slicers by department, tenure band, age band, education field, and satisfaction level
• No performance lag when interacting with visuals on a dataset of at least 20,000 employee records
Let me know the data format you prefer for the initial load and any additional information you need to begin.
