HR Performance & Attrition Dashboard
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need an interactive HR analytics dashboard that lets me look at two things side by side: 1) how each employee is performing and 2) why people leave. The core of the build is employee performance tracking, paired with turnover analytics, so the same screen should let me jump from an individual’s productivity to the bigger attrition picture without switching tools.
Data in scope
• Performance – I’ll supply spreadsheets with ratings, KPIs and other performance-related figures.
• Attrition – separate files include exit dates, exit-interview summaries and job-satisfaction survey scores.
Metrics and factors to highlight
• Attrition trends appear alongside performance metrics in every view.
• Job-satisfaction levels must be an explicit filter so I can spot correlations between low satisfaction and departures.
What I expect from you
• A clean, shareable dashboard built in Power BI, Tableau or another modern BI platform you’re comfortable with.
• Drill-down capability from department level to individual employee.
• Filters for job satisfaction, tenure, location and any other standard HR dimensions already present in the data.
• A short handover guide explaining data refresh steps and how to edit visuals.
Acceptance criteria
1. All provided data sources connect live or refresh with a single click.
2. Performance and attrition visuals load in under five seconds on a typical laptop.
3. I can filter by job-satisfaction score and instantly see its impact on turnover.
4. The final file opens without paid add-ons or additional licensing.
Once the visuals match these points and I can navigate them easily, we’ll call the project complete.
