D365 Manufacturing Dashboards Development

All of our production and quality data lives in Dynamics 365 F&O, but we still lack a clear, actionable view of performance. I want to change that by having a specialist build end-to-end dashboards in Power BI (Excel pivots are a plus for ad-hoc work). The scope starts with setting up the data pipeline from D365—extract, transform, and load—followed by designing a solid star-schema model that manufacturing teams can slice by line, shift, product, and date.

The first release must surface two KPI groups that matter most to us: production efficiency (think OEE, throughput, downtime) and quality control metrics (scrap, first-pass yield, defect Pareto). Visuals should refresh automatically, handle filters smoothly, and be shareable in the Power BI service.
