I need an interactive BI dashboard that tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) for our team. The priority is clear:
• Purpose: Track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• KPI Categories: Operational KPIs and Customer KPIs.
• Customer Metrics: Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT), Net Promoter Score (NPS), and Customer Retention Rate.

Scope of work
1. Build a polished, easy-to-navigate dashboard in the BI platform you prefer (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar).
2. Create a clean data model and transformation layer so the dashboard refreshes automatically from our existing databases.
3. Include drill-down views for each KPI category and role-based filtering for stakeholders.
4. Provide a brief user guide or Loom walkthrough on updating data sources and modifying visuals.
5. Deliver all source files or workspace access for ongoing in-house maintenance.
