Key responsibilities:
1. Strategic planning - Execute companies agenda and business operations from A to Z.
2. Regulation Compliance - Stay updated on global trade regulation and legal requirements.
3. Negotiations and Partnership - Lead negotiations with company's partners and suppliers to secure favorable terms, contracts and agreements.
4. Identify operations optimization - Oversee and optimize end-to-end trade operations, focusing on supply chain efficiency, logistics and cost-effectiveness.
Qualification and experience:
- A people person with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of fostering relationships, building networks, and collaborating effectively across diverse cultures and teams.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in international trade, sourcing or business development.
- Excellent English - Both written and spoken.
- Exceptional negotiations, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to make strategic decisions in changing environment.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant major - Advantage.
