Interactive Warehouse KPI Power BI Template

I need a reusable Power BI template that walks my customers through the process of finalising the KPIs that drive a new warehouse design. The dashboard must be truly interactive so a customer can tweak assumptions and immediately see how each metric changes, helping us agree on realistic yet ambitious targets together.
The template has to surface the full KPI set I rely on: inventory turnover rate, warehouse utilisation, throughput and inventory finalisation, peak factors, business extrapolation, ABC / FMS / RIS classification, order patterns, warehouse sizing, docks & staging sizing, storage sizing, process sizing, manpower estimation and the overall process concept. All of these KPIs should be connected, so a slice or “what-if” parameter on one flows through the rest of the report.
Please build everything natively in Power BI—no premium or third-party add-ins—using measures, calculated columns and what-if parameters where appropriate. A small demo dataset that mirrors the data model is required so I can show the template immediately without exposing real client data.

• Interactive controls for KPI targets and scenario exploration
• A brief setup guide (1-2 pages) explaining how to load new customer data and extend the model
