Measure Points:

Opening & Closing Stock (Qty & Value)

Stock Coverage Days = Stock ÷ Consumption

Safety Stock vs Actual Stock (Gap in Qty/%)

Non-Moving Stock (no movement in last 90/180 days)


2. Machine & Manpower (Plant Performance Dashboard)

Report: Machine Performance & Capacity Utilization

Purpose: Ensure machines are running at optimum efficiency and manpower is utilized effectively

Measure Points:

Machine Availability % = Runtime Hours ÷ Planned Hours

Downtime (Planned vs Unplanned)

Utilization % = Actual Runtime ÷ Available Time

OEE (Availability × Performance × Quality)

3. Truck Management Report (Inward & Outward MIS/Dashboard)

Purpose: Monitor material inflow/outflow, truck movement efficiency

Planned Delivery vs Actual Delivery (On-Time Adherence %)

Vehicle Gate-In to Gate-Out Time (Unloading TAT)

Waiting Time before Unloading (Minutes/Truck)

Average Unloading Time per Truck / Per Ton
