HR Analytics: Employee Attrition Analysis
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
All of the data-prep work for my HR Analytics – Employee Attrition project is done and sits publicly in this repo: https://github.com/prasanjitbiswal78-hash/HR-Analytics-Employee-Attrition-Analysis. What I still need is a compelling visualization layer.
My cleaned datasets are ready to go, so your focus will be squarely on visualization and reporting. I want an interactive dashboard that lets end-users explore attrition trends by department, role, tenure, performance rating, demographic factors, and any other variables that add insight. Filtering, hover details, drill-downs, and dynamic KPI cards are essential; static charts alone will not meet the brief.
Use whichever modern BI stack you are strongest in—Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, Plotly Dash, Streamlit, or a similar interactive framework—so long as the final deliverable is shareable with non-technical stakeholders via web link or packaged file. A concise “how to refresh the data” note should accompany the build so I can keep the visuals current as the underlying CSVs are updated.

• Fully-functional interactive dashboard file or hosted link
• Source project/workbook files plus any custom scripts
• Short read-me covering refresh steps and key findings
