I am looking for a remote HR support specialist to assist with various HR tasks. The specific tasks I need support with include recruitment and Business Development(Sales)
Recruitment:
- I am currently recruiting for a specific industry/position, although I have a rough idea of the requirements.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in conducting interviews, screening resumes, and selecting suitable candidates.
I intend to recruit 1-5 potential candidates, so the HR support specialist should be able to handle a small to moderate volume of recruitment tasks.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
-They should have good sales skills and Business Development knowledge and skills
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and regulations
- Experience in conducting interviews and screening resumes
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently
