I need a seasoned professional who can look after the complete cycle of activities that include tender filing, participating in or conducting bank e-auctions, and handling the follow-up enforcement work that flows from both. The tenders may originate from any industry sector—construction, healthcare, IT, or any other—so versatility and a solid grasp of differing compliance frameworks is essential.
The day-to-day work will involve:
• Preparing and submitting tender documentation accurately and on time.
• Managing the bank’s e-auction platform, from listing to final bid closure.
• Overseeing the enforcement phase: coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring legal and regulatory requirements are met, and closing the loop with proper reporting.
