Telecallers Needed for Secured & Unsecured Loans, Life & General Insurance & Mutual Funds.

I am seeking fresh & experienced telecallers to join our team for a focused on sales of Secured & Unsecured Loans, Life & General Insurance & Mutual Funds. The primary objective is to connect with individual customer &/or investors and generate quality leads/sales for our products.
Key Requirements:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential individual customer/investors
- Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our overall products
- Generate and qualify leads for follow-up by the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of calls and leads
- Achieve daily and weekly targets
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in telecalling or telesales, preferably in the financial & insurance sector
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage and persuade potential clients over the phone
- Familiarity with loan products and financial services
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
