Sponsorship Agent for Competitive STEM Team

Project Overview:
We are Ose Racing, a high-performance 3-person STEM team competing in the UAE Development Class. We are looking for a results-driven Sponsorship Agent (Middleman) to secure corporate partnerships for our 2026 season. We have a clear financial goal of 50,000 AED and a professional brand identity built around our slogan: "Dare to Race."
What we need done:
Lead Generation: Identify UAE-based companies (Dubai/Abu Dhabi) in Tech, Engineering, Logistics, and Automotive sectors.
Outreach: Cold call/email decision-makers (Marketing Managers/CSR Leads) to pitch our team.
Closing: Secure cash sponsorships or high-value "in-kind" partnerships.
Representation: Act as the professional bridge between Ose Racing and corporate sponsors.

A professional Sponsorship Prospectus (Pitch Deck).
High-quality car renders designed in Onshare software.
Credibility: Our manufacturing is handled by Stem UAE.
A dedicated team: Omar (Finance), Selim (Lead Engineer), and Elias (Designer).
Payment Terms (Commission-Only):
This is a performance-based role. We are offering a 20% commission on all successfully secured cash sponsorships.
Example: Secure a 10,000 AED sponsor, and you earn 2,000 AED.
If our 50,000 AED goal is met, your total payout is 10,000 AED.
Ideal Candidate:
Based in the UAE with a strong local network.
Experience in "Business Development," "Sales," or "Sponsorship Acquisition."
Native or professional-level English (Arabic is a plus).
A "closer" mindset—someone who doesn't just send emails but gets signatures.
