Social Media Cold Outreach Specialist Required

I'm seeking a skilled professional experienced in cold outreach via social media, specifically Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram. The focus of your efforts will be engaging with business owners across these platforms.
Ideally, the freelancer for this job will have:
- A background in sales and digital marketing.
- In-depth knowledge of the three aforementioned social media platforms.
- Prior experience in reaching out to business owners.
- Proven expertise in initiating and driving discussions forward.
- A knack for transforming cold contacts into warm prospects.
- You must be fluent in English. I will be reviewing this and if it's not up the the required standard, you won't be hired.

It's sales and marketing based for my advertising agency. Do you have any experience in advertising?
The process involves networking within Facebook Groups, sending DMs via Instagram, liking/commenting/following accounts to get them to engage, posting content which will be provided, as will the scripts. We also want to be inviting prospects to like our page and join a brand new Facebook group where I share marketing content. The niche I am working with is Tradies (Tradesmen) - So this is landscapers, builders, kitchen /bathroom remodelling, residential construction and any other trades businesses who do jobs worth a minimum of $10k.
A snapshot of what we do - We generate leads worth $10k - $100k for their businesses along with advanced follow up systems that I can explain to you but it is important you have some level of prior experience in order for this to be a successful pairing.
I need someone trustworthy, reliable, willing to learn but with prior experience that can be used for this role, and open to communicate any problems or challenges.
