Slaughterhouse Business Development in MN
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I'm looking to build a customer slaughter house / meat processing business in the county of Chisago, MN and I need an architect who can help me design and potentially submit the plan to the state of MN for permit and license before I start the build out. I need the design for the building and a site plan.
Steel building
40'x65'x18' with 3/12 pitch - 2,500–2,600 square feet
It will have a concrete slab foundation
Septic tank: 5-7k gallon
Plumbing system needs to connect to the main line (sinks, drain line etc)
It needs doors and windows, and the space must be divided into 2 sections.
Section 1: 1,800 sq ft
Section 2: 800 square feet
Water will come from a well on the property.
