I'm seeking an experienced Freelance Business Development Consultant to help my US Staffing company, Nexhireplus, acquire new clients in the US market, primarily focusing on Direct Clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and acquire clients in IT, Engineering, and Manufacturing staffing sectors.
- Connect with Direct Clients, MSPs, and VMS programs.
- Build long-term client relationships and drive revenue growth.
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proven Business Development/Sales experience with US Staffing companies.
- Strong network with Direct Clients, Tier-1 Vendors, and MSPs.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Open to commission/revenue-share model.
Engagement:
- Remote, freelance/contract basis
- Flexible working hours
- Attractive commission + revenue sharing
