Senior BDM: Brazil Coffee Expansion
Budget: $5,000 – $10,000 USD
We are seeking dynamic Business Development (BD) and Business Development Manager (BDM) professionals to spearhead our coffee farm investment project in Brazil and Colombia. This role focuses on establishing direct partnerships with coffee producers and local agricultural organizations to expand our cultivation footprint for the current season.
Detailed Responsibilities
Farm Sourcing & Negotiation: * Identify and reach out to high-potential coffee farms.
Work directly with farm owners to negotiate and sign investment cooperation agreements for this year's crop.
Field Surveys & Documentation: * Conduct on-site visits to assess farm conditions.
Capture high-quality videos and photos; conduct interviews with owners/staff to provide clear evidence of market growth and project implementation.
Strategic Expansion (BDM focus): * Build and maintain relationships with local agricultural cooperatives and authorities to accelerate market entry.
Lead and document (video) high-level meetings to secure regional support.
Solution Integration: * Present and implement project-specific solutions to farms, ensuring they understand the technical and financial benefits of the partnership.
Requirements
Location: Residing in or willing to travel extensively within Brazil or Colombia.
Language: Fluency in Portuguese (Brazil) or Spanish (Colombia). Professional English for reporting.
Skills: Strong negotiation, field research, and basic content creation (photography/videography).
Experience: 1-2 years for BD; 3-5+ years for BDM (Experience in coffee or agri-sourcing is a major plus).
