This is not a traditional freelance project. We are looking for highly motivated and skilled professionals to join us as co-founders and partners to build a new business from the ground up. Our mission is to create an innovative platform that connects brands with digital creators for sponsorship opportunities, streamlining the process and maximising value for both parties.
We are seeking to build a core team to lead the following key areas:
1. Sales & Business Development Partner:
Deliverables:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy.
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline of potential brand partners.
Secure initial brand deals and partnerships.
Create sales materials and presentations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly in the marketing, advertising, or technology sectors.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Compensation: This role will be compensated with an equity stake in the company, to be negotiated and formalised in a founder's agreement.
2. Partnerships & Creator Relations Partner:
Deliverables:
Establish and nurture relationships with digital creators across various platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, TikTok).
Develop a strategy for creator recruitment and retention.
Serve as the primary point of contact for our creator community.
Requirements:
Extensive knowledge of the digital creator and influencer marketing landscape.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Experience in community management or talent relations is a plus.
Compensation: This role will be compensated with an equity stake in the company, to be negotiated and formalised in a founder's agreement.
Seeking Investment:
We are also looking for partners who are interested in a strategic investment. We have a solid business plan, a clear path to profitability, and a detailed market analysis. We are seeking investment to support key business functions such as initial platform development and marketing.
