Secure National Sponsors for Ballet

Job ID: 40228912

Budget: £250 – £750 GBP

I am ready to launch a brand-new production, Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland, for English Youth Ballet after 27 successful years of regional touring. To raise the considerable production budget I have decided to focus on funding and sponsorship, with a clear emphasis on corporate sponsorship from national companies.

What I need now is an experienced sponsorship specialist who can take us from story to signed contract. You will translate our unique offer—a professionally run company that pairs world-class principals with 8- to 18-year-old regional dancers—into a persuasive package that resonates with UK-wide brands. Our website (www.englishyouthballet.co.uk) gives a flavour of our history and artistic standards; your task is to convert that credibility into cash and in-kind support.

Key goals
• Identify and profile the most relevant national companies whose CSR, marketing or community-outreach objectives align with youth development, the arts, education, or regional engagement.
• Craft a compelling sponsorship deck and tiered benefits matrix showcasing naming rights, branding opportunities, hospitality packages and employee-engagement perks.
• Develop a concise outreach strategy—including warm introductions where possible—then execute initial approaches and secure meetings.
• Provide guidance on contract terms and measurement metrics so we can sustain each partnership beyond opening night.

Acceptance criteria
1. A minimum of 20 vetted national-level prospects with contact details and rationales.
2. A polished, ready-to-send sponsorship proposal (PDF and editable format).
3. A tracked outreach plan with status updates on each prospect.
4. At least three qualified meetings or calls arranged with decision-makers.

If you have a proven record of landing corporate sponsorships—particularly in the performing-arts sector—and are comfortable driving the entire process from research to negotiation, I would love to hear how you can help bring Alice to the stage.
