Seasoned Recruiter Needed

Job ID: 40555699

Budget: $25 – $50 USD

We are looking for experienced agency recruiters who understand how recruiters actually use LinkedIn, email, and client/candidate follow-ups in their day-to-day work.

This is not a sourcing role.

We are looking for recruiters who can help us reach, understand, and potentially sell a new SaaS product to other recruiters.

The ideal person is someone who:

* Has worked as an agency recruiter or full-desk recruiter
* Has strong relationships with other recruiters, recruitment agency owners, or billing recruiters
* Understands how recruiters manage candidate/client conversations across LinkedIn and email
* Knows the real problems recruiters face with follow-ups, pipeline management, missed opportunities, and deal progression
* Can help us identify the right recruiter profiles to speak with
* May be able to make warm introductions or advise on positioning

We are especially interested in recruiters who have experience with:

* Full-desk recruiting
* Business development through LinkedIn
* Candidate and client follow-up management
* Recruitment agencies selling roles in the $80K-$200K+ salary range
* Recruiters managing 20+ active candidates/clients at the same time

This begins with a short qualification conversation.

If there is strong mutual alignment, this may evolve into paid advisory work, market research, warm introductions, or ongoing support helping us reach the right recruiters.

We are not looking for theorists or generic salespeople.

We are looking for people who know recruiters, understand recruiter workflows, and can help us reach the right people in the recruiting market.

To apply, please answer the questions below:

1. What type of recruiting have you personally done, and are you currently connected with agency recruiters, recruitment agency owners, or full-desk recruiters?
2. Roughly how many active recruiter contacts do you have who might be open to giving feedback on a recruiting-related SaaS tool?
3. If we worked together, how would you help us get in front of the right recruiters without using spammy outreach? And could you potentially help us sell to them?
4. If we decide to work together, what would be the preferred way of getting paid? On a project basis, hourly or something else?
