Partnership Development Consultant / Licensing Agent – Mobility Product (Scooter)
Description:
I’m seeking a motivated freelance partnership development consultant or licensing agent to help me bring my innovative electric scooter to market. This role is ideal for someone experienced with hardware product licensing, startup outreach, or business development.
Your tasks will include:
* Identify startups and small companies outside the U.S. that may be interested in licensing or partnering
* Contact founders / decision-makers and pitch the product
* Help arrange discussions and negotiations for licensing or royalty agreements
* Optionally advise on royalty structures and partnership options
What I provide:
* CAD images, visuals, and renders of the scooter
* Product description, key features, and specs
* Current prototype and manufacturing status updates (as needed)
Payment:
* Commission-first preferred (e.g., 5–15% of any finalized deal)
* Hybrid model (small upfront for initial research + commission) considered
Requirements:
* Experience licensing hardware products or consumer inventions
* Experience working with startups or small international companies
* Ability to work independently and report progress
Optional but helpful:
* Past successes with micromobility, EV, or consumer products
