# Sales Executive / Business Development Representative (Remote)
**Pay:** AUD $10–$15 per hour (depending on experience)
We are looking for a motivated and confident **Sales Executive / Business Development Representative** to join our growing team and help expand our **1Call Security** and **1Call Cleaning** businesses across Australia.
This is a remote role focused on outbound sales and lead generation. Your primary responsibility will be to contact potential commercial clients, introduce our services, build relationships, and book qualified appointments for our management team.
# Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to prospective clients across Australia.
* Introduce and promote the services of **1Call Security** and **1Call Cleaning**.
* Contact key decision-makers, including:
* Strata Managers
* Facility Managers
* Property Managers
* Building Managers
* Commercial Property Owners
* Construction Companies
* Corporate Offices
* Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings.
* Follow up with prospects via phone and email.
* Maintain accurate records of calls and leads in our CRM.
* Meet weekly and monthly sales and appointment targets.
#Requirements
* Previous experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, business development, or appointment setting.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Strong confidence when speaking with senior decision-makers.
* Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
* Experience selling security, cleaning, facilities management, or commercial services is highly desirable.
* A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for making calls.
## Preferred Qualifications
* **Native or near-native English speakers will be strongly preferred** due to the communication requirements of this role.
* Experience selling services to Australian businesses is an advantage.
* Familiarity with the Australian commercial property or facilities management industry is a plus.
