SEO Business Development Executive

I am expanding the sales arm of my digital agency and need a driven Business Development Executive whose main mission is to bring in new SEO projects. Your energy will go into prospecting, pitching our optimisation packages, negotiating terms, and smoothly handing each won deal to the delivery team. Cloud-based solutions sit in our catalogue too, so if you can unlock opportunities there it will be an appreciated bonus, but the immediate priority is SEO.

Compensation is straightforward: a fixed INR 8,000 salary every month, topped up with a generous 50-50 share of the profit on every project you close. The more revenue you drive, the larger your take-home grows.

I am looking for someone who communicates confidently in English, is comfortable with email and LinkedIn outreach (or any channels that work for you), and can keep basic sales records so we always know where each lead stands.

Acceptance criteria for our first month together:
• Deliver at least three qualified SEO leads ready for a proposal.
• Close a minimum of one SEO project and hand it over, fully documented, to the production team.
