Renovation Industry BDM Needed
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I run a renovation company that specialises in residential projects—kitchens, bathrooms and living rooms are our bread-and-butter. I’m looking for a Business Development Manager who can grow this side of the business, from sharpening our go-to-market strategy to filling the pipeline with qualified, ready-to-renovate homeowners.
Here’s what success looks like to me:
• A clear growth plan that targets residential renovation work (kitchen, bathroom, living room) and defines realistic quarterly revenue goals.
• A repeatable lead-generation process—using your preferred mix of digital outreach, local partnerships, referral programmes and trade-show appearances—that brings in homeowners actively seeking renovation services.
• An easy-to-track sales funnel, complete with CRM setup or optimisation, so our team can follow every enquiry through to a signed contract.
• Performance dashboards or simple reports that let me see, at a glance, how many prospects are in each stage and where to double down.
Your background in renovation—or at least home improvement—sales will help you hit the ground running. Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar tools), digital marketing channels and partnership development is important. If you can reference previous wins in residential renovation growth, even better.
Deliverables can be staged: first a concise market-entry strategy; next a 90-day action plan; then ongoing pipeline management and optimisation. Let me know how you like to structure milestones and any support you’ll need from my side (brand assets, case studies, budget for ads, etc.).
I’m ready to kick off immediately once I find the right fit.
