Beyond those core positions, I’m also open to strong Human Resources personnel, business officers and office managers who can keep our back-office running smoothly, so feel free to flag standout profiles in those areas too.
What I expect from you
• Proactively source and screen candidates on the platforms above, using the agency’s criteria for experience, portfolio strength and cultural fit.
• Present curated shortlists with a brief rationale for each recommendation and direct contact details.
• Maintain an organized tracking sheet so I can see pipeline progress at a glance.
• Communicate promptly whenever a promising prospect appears—speed matters in this market.
