Recruit Entry-Level BD Executives
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need help filling an entry-level Business Development Executive position and I’m looking for an experienced recruiter who can run the entire process from start to finish. You’ll draft an appealing job post, tap your own networks and the usual boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, campus groups, etc.), then screen, interview and present only the most promising talent.
The role sits at the very start of our sales funnel, so every candidate you forward must already show solid sales experience and a genuine flair for client relationship management. Beyond that, I’m open on industry background and education as long as they display drive, coachability and clear communication.
To keep things efficient, here’s what I expect:
• A brief sourcing strategy so I know where you plan to look
• A running tracker or ATS notes on every contacted applicant
• A vetted shortlist (5-7 names) with résumé, screening notes and your hire/no-hire recommendation
• Coordination of interview times with my calendar and follow-up on feedback
Timing is tight—I’d like first interviews on the calendar within two weeks of kickoff. If this falls within your wheelhouse, let’s move quickly and get the pipeline flowing.
