Virtueaze is seeking a results-driven Real Estate Business Developer to help expand our reach and generate high-value sales for our cutting-edge 3D Digital Twin and Virtual Walkthrough solutions for real estate projects.
Our service enables developers, builders, and architects to sell under-construction properties faster especially to NRI and outstation buyers by giving prospects an immersive, realistic experience of the property before it’s built.
What You’ll Do:
Leverage your existing network of real estate developers, brokers, builders, and decision-makers to introduce Virtueaze’s services.
Generate leads and arrange meetings between potential clients and our team.
Promote our 3D and VR solutions as a premium marketing and sales tool for pre-selling properties.
Assist in negotiations and help close deals.
What We Offer:
High commission structure: Earn 15% per closed deal with the potential to earn $10,000 - $20,000+ monthly depending on deal size.
Fully remote & flexible: Work from anywhere, at your own pace.
No daily time commitment: You decide how many hours to dedicate; even one deal can bring the equivalent of several months’ salary.
Ongoing commission: Earn on repeat business from the same client.
Ideal Candidate:
Already working in real estate as a developer, broker, agent, or in a related role.
Has an active network of developers, builders, or property sales decision-makers.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
