I'm seeking a skilled Business Development Representative (BDR) for real estate wholesaling in Texas, focusing on Houston, Dallas, Austin, and Spring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cold calling property owners and realtors to negotiate deals
- Qualifying leads
- Following up with cash buyers
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Excellent phone communication skills
- Experience in cold calling or telesales
- Ability to handle objections
- Basic knowledge of real estate wholesaling (e.g., ARV, assignment contracts) is a plus but can be trained
Tasks include contacting sellers, realtors for property details, and buyers for deals, with a target of 20-30 calls daily.
You will also be expected to update a CRM with lead details and outcomes.
This role starts with flexible hours at 10-15 hours/week, with potential for more based on performance.
Payment is negotiable based on experience, either hourly ($30-$45) or commission-based ($500-$1,000 per closed deal).
