Incentives: Earn a competitive 5% commission on every project costing over $4,000.

Requirements:
Proven working experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to self-motivate and work independently in a dynamic environment.
Experience in software development projects is a plus.
