B2B Partnerships Associate Needed

We need someone to help us build partnerships across our B2B ecosystem.

We’re looking for a Partnerships Associate, preferably female, who’s resourceful, articulate, and has a natural knack for identifying collaboration opportunities.

You’ll be responsible for setting up partnerships across the entire value chain, from college clubs and student organizations to college authorities, recruiting agencies, and hiring companies.

What you’ll do:
1. Identify and reach out to potential partners across multiple stakeholder groups
2. Build and manage relationships that help expand our brand’s reach and value proposition
3. Work closely with our leadership team to design partnership structures and collaboration models
4. Help create a consistent pipeline of institutional and organizational partners

You’d be a great fit if you:
1. Are proactive and creative in finding ways to open doors and build trust
2. Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills
3. Enjoy working independently and thrive in an early-stage, fast-paced environment
4. Care about building meaningful partnerships that create win-win outcomes
5. Have prior experience working in an EdTech or recruitment-related space, giving you familiarity with hiring ecosystems

Success Metrics for this Project:
1. Create a structured outreach pipeline, including a contact database, ready-to-use email and LinkedIn templates, and a scalable follow-up system
2. Establish partnerships with at least 25 companies for hiring collaborations
3. Schedule meetings with at least 15 college Training & Placement Heads or Directors
