We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Outbound Specialist to help grow our AI video translation agency by finding, contacting, and converting leads into clients. If you also have experience with inbound strategies, it’s a plus!
About Us:
Our agency specializes in:
- Translating videos from one language to another, keeping the original voice and syncing lip movements to the new language
- Adding subtitles to translated videos
- Converting long-format videos into short, engaging clips perfect for social media (e.g., YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram)
- Creating or translating social media post descriptions to maximize engagement
Our goal is to help content creators expand their audience globally by breaking language barriers and optimizing their content for social platforms.
Why We Need You:
Due to our focus on the technical and creative side, we lack the time and expertise to handle outbound marketing effectively. That’s why we’re looking for someone who can take charge of finding and converting leads, particularly within the video content creator community (YouTubers, TikTokers, Instagram influencers, etc.).
What We Offer:
We provide a 50% commission on every client you bring in. There is also potential for a long-term partnership if we work well together.
Who We’re Looking For:
-A business development or marketing professional experienced with outbound strategies (cold outreach, lead generation, etc.)
-Experience in working with video content creators and helping them expand their reach
-Someone with a proven track record in lead generation and sales conversions. Please include case studies or past results in your application.
