Natural Fiber Material Engineer SME

I am looking for an experienced natural fiber material engineer Subject Matter Expert (SME) to assist me with a project. The primary focus of the project will be on hemp, for use in composites, nonwovens, textiles, and construction materials. The engineer will be responsible for providing quality assurance services for the production process. I need somebody who understands US standards.
The engineer should have experience specifically with natural fibers, and a strong understanding of the engineering principles and processes necessary for producing materials for stated applications. They should have comprehensive knowledge of the manufacture and quality assurance processes for natural fibers, ensuring the highest quality product in accordance with industry standards.
