Multifaceted Freelancers for Business Development Tasks
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I am hiring individual freelancers. Each will play an executive roll on tasks and projects I want completed for my business. The individuals hired must listen carefully and pay attention to details as mistakes and waste of money is not tolerated. Honest confusion and unintentional results are considered and forgiven without termination of my er hour or per milestone basis. However, a repetitive performance of such will not be acceptable.
My tasks and projects are in stages based on my direction. Many are but not limited to social media, website design, email campaign, targeted advertising, creating content, search optimization, membership deployment, funnel building, managing email, editing videos etc.
Not one freelancer will perform all tasks. Instead I will assign roles and or delegate working in teams in the effort to achieve a goal.
Freelancers chosen will enter a 30 to 90 day probation and monitoring period in the effort to measure performance and leadership. Whoever passes without concerns will be hired ongoing basis and whoever failed is replaced.
Please bid your hour rate along with your weekly salary along with per project basis as an estimation for your desired compensation. I will only release funds upon completion of jobs. Deposits in milestones are considered with a clear plan. Upon receiving your bids I will make a final offer and assign the team.
