Mid-Level Digital Agency Leader
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I run a boutique digital agency that is ready for its next stage of growth and I need a hands-on CEO to take the helm. Your energy will be channelled into three core areas:
• Business development – shaping irresistible offers, pitching prospects and closing retainers that keep our pipeline healthy.
• Operations management – tightening workflows so projects stay on time, on budget and profitable.
• Client relations – holding senior-level conversations that protect relationships and uncover upsell opportunities.
Day-to-day you will also handle:
• Team management for a fully remote 2-10 person crew.
• Project oversight, monitoring sprint milestones and clearing blockers.
• Process improvement, turning loose procedures into clear SOPs and KPIs.
A solid mid-level track record in agency business development is essential, along with comfort using HubSpot, ClickUp, Slack and basic financial dashboards.
Acceptance criteria for the first 90 days
1. A growth roadmap with quarterly revenue targets.
2. Three or more qualified proposals added to the sales pipeline.
3. An operations playbook covering intake, production and QA.
4. A team scorecard showing improved utilisation and margin.
Please deliver all documents in editable Google Workspace format and keep a weekly hand-over call on the calendar during onboarding. Share a quick example of an agency you have guided, the metrics you improved and how you prefer to structure performance-based incentives.
