Martial Arts Website Development

I'm very passionate about martial arts and I'm currently developing a project which entails providing and sharing knowledge about different styles. My idea is to create a website that provides easy-to-read, accurate and organized information about martial arts organizations and styles.
I would need to contact multiple martial arts organizations to create content, specifically things like history of the style, information about its founder, techniques used, forms, etc.
Credit would be provided to the person(s) I work with in the website, as well as monetary compensation.
I NEED SOMEONE THAT HAS BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT / SALES SKILLS TO CONTACT THESE ORGANIZATIONS AND CONVINCE THEM TO COOPERATE WITH MY IDEA.
I will provide websites/emails/phone numbers for multiple martial arts organizations for you to contact. And I already have outlined what will be asked to each one of them, once they agree to cooperate.
I WILL START WITH JAPANESE MARTIAL ARTS; THEREFORE, A JAPANESE SPEAKER IS REQUIRED TO MAKE COMMUNICATION BETTER.
My initial payment is $50 to attempt to communicate with the martial arts organizations, and additional payment will be given to you for each successful attempt where they decide to cooperate with my idea.
