Looking for HR Recruiter to Hire Business Development Executives (BDEs)
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
We are an EdTech company, Hireyy (Hireyy.com), providing career-focused training and placement programs in Data Analytics, Business Analysis, HR, Finance, and AML/KYC. We are expanding our sales team and are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter who can support us in hiring Business Development Executives (BDEs) on a project basis.
Responsibilities:
Source and screen potential candidates for the Business Development Executive (BDE) role.
Conduct telephonic/virtual interviews and shortlist suitable profiles.
Coordinate with the internal team for final rounds.
Ensure quality candidates are hired within the agreed timeline.
Requirements:
Proven experience in HR recruitment (preferably in sales/EdTech hiring).
Strong sourcing skills through LinkedIn, job portals, and networks.
Ability to close positions quickly and efficiently.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Project Scope:
We require 10 Business Development Executives (BDEs) to be hired under this project.
Project timeline: 20 days (or earlier if completed).
Payment will be released on successful hiring of candidates as per agreed milestones.
