Looking for a Freelance Online Bidder / Business Development Executive

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Online Bidder who can help us generate quality leads and acquire projects from online freelancing platforms such as Freelancer, Upwork, Guru, and similar portals.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bidding for IT, web development, mobile app development, and digital services projects, with strong skills in understanding client requirements and writing effective proposals.

Responsibilities:
• Identify and bid on relevant projects on freelancing platforms
• Understand client requirements and prepare customized proposals
• Communicate with potential clients and handle initial discussions
• Coordinate with the internal technical team for project feasibility
• Maintain records of leads, bids, and conversions

Requirements:
• Proven experience as an online bidder (freelance/remote)
• Excellent written communication skills in English
• Knowledge of IT services and project estimation
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
