Local Commercial Construction Leads Needed and also need ready made leads

I’m looking for a reliable way to fill my pipeline with fresh commercial construction opportunities in my immediate market. The emphasis is on work that fits a general contractor and project-management model—think office build-outs, retail renovations, small ground-ups, or similar projects that typically go to bid.

Scope
• Commercial only; no residential or industrial projects.
• Local reach—everything must be within roughly a 30-mile radius of my city (we’ll pin down the exact ZIP code together before you start).
• Leads should be current and actionable, not recycled lists from old bid boards.

Deliverable
Please provide a spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets) containing for each lead:

Quality expectations
• Minimum of 20 qualified leads per batch, with a verifiable contact rate above 80 %.
• No duplicates; every entry must be timestamped so I can see how fresh it is.
• I’ll spot-check at least five leads on delivery—if two or more fail verification, the batch is considered incomplete.
