I am seeking an investor or strategic business partner to launch a premium pure ghee brand by sourcing authentic, high-quality ghee directly from trusted dairy farmers in Andhra Pradesh and marketing it under my own brand. My initial business plan is to establish a dealer network in Hyderabad by partnering with 10 dealers, supplying 10 kg of ghee per dealer per month, for a total target of 100 kg monthly sales. The proposed wholesale price is ₹1,250 per kg, with a Maximum Retail Price (MRP) of ₹1,599 per kg. The investment will be utilized for procuring premium-quality ghee, food-grade packaging, branding, FSSAI and other statutory registrations, logistics, dealer onboarding, and working capital.
