I want to turn my idea for a drop-servicing agency into a fully functioning business that attracts paying clients from day one. The job covers three main areas:
• Business setup – selecting profitable, easy-to-outsource services, writing clear service packages, building or refining a simple, conversion-focused website or landing page, and integrating payment/order systems.
• Supplier network – sourcing reliable freelancers or white-label providers, agreeing rates, and creating an efficient workflow so every order can be fulfilled smoothly without my direct production work.
• Client acquisition – crafting outreach scripts, social-media content calendars, and lead-generation funnels, then walking me through the first campaign so I see real prospects coming in and learn how to repeat the process myself.
By the end, I expect a live drop-servicing site, at least two vetted fulfillment partners, and a repeatable client-getting system with measurable results (qualified leads in my inbox or scheduled calls).
