I'm seeking a professional with substantial experience in unique and creative client acquisition methods to broaden our current strategies in the recruitment sector. Presently, our primary mode of client acquisition relies heavily on networking events and word of mouth, which has served us well. I am now looking for someone who can get us in front of clients for meetings, we dont have the time or expertise to do this ourselves.
We moved into new offices last year and are looking to expand the team but we need additional clients to take this forward. We are ready to innovate and diversify our approach!
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative client acquisition strategies for the recruitment business.
- Research alternative client acquisition methods and recommend the most effective.
- Contact prospective clients, talk them through our offering and arrange for meetings for us to go to see them.
