The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in bidding on various gig portals like Upwork, Freelancer, and PPH. The candidate should be familiar with IT sales projects such as web and app development bids/projects.
Responsibilities:
Bidding Strategy: Develop and execute effective bidding strategies on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and PPH to secure web and app development projects.
Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients and projects aligned with our expertise and services.
Proposal Creation: Craft compelling and tailored project proposals showcasing our capabilities, understanding of client requirements, and value proposition.
Client Communication: Engage with clients through effective communication to understand project details, negotiate terms, and build strong client relationships.
Competitive Analysis: Analyze competitor bids and market trends to refine our bidding strategies continuously.
Conversion Optimization: Work towards improving bid-to-win ratios and project acquisition rates.
Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an Online Bidder in IT sales, specifically web and app development projects.
Proficiency in bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and PPH.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive proposals and interact with clients effectively.
Strong understanding of IT sales, web development, and mobile app development projects.
Negotiation skills: Capable of negotiating project terms and conditions to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Market Research: Ability to research and identify potential clients and project opportunities.
Result-oriented: Driven by targets and capable of meeting and exceeding them.
