We are Grafikpros, a Creative Design Agency offering:

- Brand Identity Design

- WordPress Website Development

- SEO & Social Media Marketing

- Video Editing

We’re hiring a Business Development Executive (BDE) to bring in real clients through strategic outreach on platforms like LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, and cold DMs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and connect with potential clients

- Share our brochures, portfolio, and explain services

- Assist with proposal creation (when needed)

- Follow up with leads and support the conversion process

(Our internal team will help close the deals)

Compensation:

- Fixed Pay: INR ₹5,000/month

- Bonus: Extra bonus per high-ticket project you help close

- Bonus will depend on the project value and deal size

- Potential to earn more with consistent results

Requirements:

- Strong communication and sales skills

- Experience in lead generation or client acquisition

- Comfortable working remotely and independently

- Reliability in following up and nurturing leads
